1 -25 = SEC

That's how we roll.

I could probably let Les do the NBF Top 10 this year with that type of clear thinking.

It is predicted that the National Champion for the 2nd year in a row will come out of the Big 10. Kinda kills the all SEC top 25 thinking. Golf Cart Mafia Underboss

Maybe - but it won't be Michigan or Michigan state - that we are sure of.

When does Michigan and Mich State play Ohio State? Count of your rankings to go down that week.

Michigan will win at Ohio State and open the way for an SEC Team to grab the #1 seed. They used to do that all the time - the underdog in the game with a so-so season would ruin the unblemished record of the other. They are going back into that kind of rivalry now. I know it will take a couple of years for them to be legitimate but they will still pull off an Ohio State upset even if they have 4 losses going into the game because that's just how we do things when we have the right coach, and we got him.

Sorry man. Urban gets tripped up unexpectedly sometimes - but his teams just simply don't lose to rivals - unless the other team is clearly superior.

That's why OSU hired him (and it was a great hire). But we had our reasons for going after Harbaugh - he is a fierce competitor and might be able to do more with less talent than most. Most Michigan fans saw something in the Utah game to be encouraged about. The three picks killed us (especially the pick 6) but a 7 point loss to a ranked team at their place wasn't absolutely horrible. But he stuck with his quarterback even with the "heir apparent" on the bench because all summer he looked like the better choice so him not having a "knee jerk reaction" to a quarterback having a sorry game his first time ever in a Michigan uniform was a good sign. We are at least as good as Utah which means we might maybe end up ranked. If we are a top 25 it is conceivable that we can muster up something special for the OSU game - so at least we have some hope this year where as in the last few we've had none. Zero. The whole focus of the Michigan season is OSU (our last game every year). After we are competitive with them we can start thinking about winning the Big 10. A win against either Michigan State or Ohio State will make Harbaugh's first season a success - as both of those teams have had our number lately. But it will be a process to get back in the Top 10 - where we (like Florida) are used to being.

Les Miles is a moron, and so is anybody else that thinks the SEspnC should have more than about 3 teams in the top 25.... lol ... all the coaches push that trying to persuade the media of how tough the conference is...... we saw last year, when they actually had to play someone to get into the National Championship game as opposed to being gifted the NC game, they could't handle it.

Also, we saw how the top tier (supposedly) teams did in their bowls..... they got hammered..... of course..... we know, we know.... "they didn't want to be there."

Tracy,

I agree the AP has it wrong.

Florida should have also been in the Top 25.

I actually think UF could be on their way back. When that will take place is another discussion.....

Ole Miss.... very average, Miss. St. very average or below.... Arkansas..... average......

The heading should read according to last year: 10 overrated SEC teams in the top 25
