Post Chris Christie endorses Trump Dean Steenburgh
Watching the news conference right now where he is endorsing Donald Trump for president.

The other day they were sparring with each other and today they're hugging at the podium as media buddies.

What's next, Kasich for VP?
Hahaha

an all east-coast left of moderate ticket? I don't think even The Donald could be that stupid. But yeah, Christie can hope. His voters have already moved to Trump and Rubio.

VP I don't think so but Secretary of _________________ is more likely. He can probably fill in the blank himself.

There's not chance he would appoint Cruz to SCOTUS, but if he did, I'd kiss his ring.

Don't doubt it. Cruz will soon endorse Trump as Christie did. I also see Carson becoming Surgeon General.

Kasich as VP would be a very smart move, you need Ohio.
Cruz in Homeland Security
C Christie as Dept. of Justice or Attorney General.
Rubio Dept. of Labor (keep an eye on the Polish aliens)
Carson Surgeon General natural fit.

You want to talk about a Scalia type originalist, Ted Cruz would be that guy. I won't vote for Trump, but if he were to appoint Ted Cruz to the high court I would probably vote for him in a second term. That would prove me wrong about a lot of things. So, naturally, it won't happen. Trump will appoint his sister to the SCOTUS or at least some high appellate court. Christie will get some plumb appointment, Sarah Palin as well (yuk), and then a slew of democrats that he can "make deals with".

Agreed - Cruz would be excellent SCOTUS.

He plainly stated recently that he will appoint a Scalia or Thomas type judge. Do you really believe the man is lying?
