Post Preachers Ain't normal people Cojak
In Aaron's Racism thread I mentioned I am writing a book about a preacher's son and his dog. I would be interested in hearing from anyone about a child and his/her dog. In this case especially preacher's kids.

As I put some words down on paper i was remembering the first move daddy made that really upset me. I didn't care too much for God either. Evidently He had told dad it was time to move and take me away from my friends. A dog made all the difference to me that time.

But while thinking I remembered the only time we visited family was during the week. Of course I noticed later that is when most folk were working, you don't get to visit too many folk long, during the week. SO NORMAL People visit on the weekends, yes they miss church and visit family. Cousins get to play together and Uncles and Aunts are home from work, so you can learn the whole family.

Preachers/Pastors just ain't normal they work weekends. LOL

My dad had 9 brothers and 4 sisters. Mama had 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Looking back we were only close to the preachers in our family. One on mamas side and one on daddy's side. LOL That way the un-normal families could visit during the week. LOL
