I would like someone to explain the GA voting process? I want to know how ballots are taken up is there variation among states. I know some states do digital ballots are all states digital ballots? I want to know how someone is declared disqualified from the ballot. Does a group meet on the state level or does the state overseer have sole discretion over state elections? is GA similar or different from state voting ? How does the vote work on the state office levels for state board and such? Hey, DOC
