Lee President resigns

Post Lee President resigns Nature Boy Florida
This follows a Vice President that resigned a few weeks ago.

I believe both are good men.

Not sure what is going on in Clevelend.

Did he resign? The information I read about it said he told the board he has decided not to seek another term as President of Lee. He basically said he is not called to be a university president; he is called to be a pastor.

They also announced that the Chancellor Dr. Paul Conn will serve as interim university president until another person is found to fill that role.

I don't know, but I would imagine it's decided by some kind of board. Maybe the Lee Board of Directors?

Scholars and Christian education leaders at liberal arts institutions are going to start dropping like flies as pressure from denominational leaders to engage in the culture wars increases. This thought or fact, has hurt the COG and some of its Ordained men. so many times. Leadership making the mistake of assigning some great pastors to an ADMIN desk where they are no suited and DO NOT FIT! It must be assumed that a great pastor can become a great overseer, and that assumption has backfired too many times. JMO Cool
