I wish I could add my signature to the list. They have interviewed many of these people who broke in to the capital and have found them not to be Antifa at all (like the Trumpists tell us). They are white supremacists, white nationalists, and die-hard Trump supporters. Trump told them to come to Washington and march to take the country back. They came. He told them not to be weak - they weren't. He had these poor people believing that Mike Pence could actually overturn the votes of 80 million Biden voters and put him back in office. I don't want Biden, but Trump is a criminal and has to go - the sooner the better.
There is now a hit out on Mike Pence and the Republican members of Congress who voted to impeach him. Every bit of what happened on January 6th lies squarely on the doorstep of one man - Donald J. Trump. All the good he had done was erased on that day. I've never seen anything like it in my life when an outgoing President tries to overthrow the government. This isn't Uganda! |

I won't say amen to every thing there, but I do think they are close to a right track.
Our president is very ignorant, if he actually did not think his words would result in an invasive march on our capitol.
He made a statement years ago something like, "I could shoot someone on 5th Avenue and my people would still follow me." That is seemingly true.

Rafael, it seems your video proves it was NOT racism? The attack on the Capitol building was stupid and wrong, but how was it racist?
80 percent of the general population of DC is black. However, 85 percent of the people, maybe more, inside the Capitol building, are white; elected officials from throughout the country.
So, the we are to believe that white supremacists attacked the building because of all the white people inside? There is no way of knowing what was in the heads of the nut jobs breaching the Capitol security, but white supremacy wasn't the reason.
