Post Fauci was right, masks don't make a difference (L) Richard L Shores
In March Fauci said that if wearing a mask makes you feel safer then by all means go ahead and wear one. But, it won't really make a difference. That was before the Never-Trumpers got a hold of him and he supposedly got his mind right. Since then he said we should wear them to protect ourselves and then he later said we should wear one to protect others (I may have that order backwards). So he has pretty much been all over the board on masks. Then he said he lied back in March when he said masks don't really make a difference because he didn't want you and me to run out and buy up all the masks and medical people wouldn't be able to get what they needed (Was he lying then or is he lying now? If he lied about that then what else is/has he lied about? Those are questions for another day).

Well, it seems he was right with his initial statement. Evidence is coming out that masks don't make a difference:

We are being played like a Stradivarius. When a government official uses the word safety you can just substitute the word control.

This virus is an issue, but it is not as bad as we are being told. When they have to play dishonest games with the numbers like they are doing now that should serve as a wake-up call for all of us. We know for a fact that the death count has been artificially inflated for political purpose and money. We also know that anytime a person is tested multiple times each of those positive tests are counted as new cases. We see so many stories of medical facilities turning in false numbers (think Florida a couple of weeks ago where 300 facilities did so in one day). We see story after story of people getting false positives and people being informed that they tested positive who were never even tested.

Real doctors who are successfully treating real patients with HCQ are being deleted, blocked, and censured and at the same time we are listening to that renowned MD Bill Gates. Gates is just a nerd who never finished college and got lucky when he surrounded himself with people who were smarter than he was. Yet we ignore real doctors and take our medical advice from him. Just follow the money. If they were to admit that HCQ works then there would be no need for a new vaccine and Gates and folks like him would not make billions of $$$. It's insane the way we are being played.

This madness will continue until the election is over, the Trump haters will do anything to try to keep him from being re-elected.

Fauci is probably being paid by the same people that are paying the rioters, looters and thugs.

I personally know of a family that went to get tested, waited for a long time and left without getting tested. A few days later they got a phone call that said they all tested postive, the father said we were never tested so that can't be true.

The masks may have calming placebo effect.

I usually take one with me when I go shopping, but sometimes I forget and leave it in the car. I realized as I got to the post office door that I'd left my mask in the car, but the sign on the door said the use of masks was encouraged. The lady behind the desk told me I had to have a mask. I said the sign on the door said it was encouraged. So next time, if I go in there, I needed to have a mask.

It's weird. They used to make you take a mask off to go into a store. I go to super Walmart with a mask. I feel like saying, "Give me all your toilet paper, now. Put all the chicken legs in the basket."

I went into the kids school with a mask. I felt like saying, "Give me all your education, now, and put it in the bag. No one press the alarm!"

WE have been about 8 states now. Wyoming is the only state we have been invited into the office. There my wife asked about masks. The host at the RV site said smiling, "Wear it if you feel better, but we prefer to see your face."

Michigan and Indiana everyone seemed SERIOUS about the masks, but even then out side the office and other business, some did and some didn't!

WE do wear the surgical masks most places we have been other than when we were out in Wyoming.
Utah is a little lackadaisical. WE leave soon for Idaho. WE have a grandson in Portland. He is 10 minutes from the trouble spot. But we plan to avoid the center of Portland, but will let you know. LOL

Seriously I have this feeling I need to talk to him or I would not have driven this far. After this visit if it happens, I am logical enough to know this will the last time in this world I will have a chance to see him.
So masks or not I am trusting the Lord. My wife and son with me are in agreement.

The old Fauci would call that anecdotal evidence. There would be a need for double blind scientific testing Right? Wasn't that his initial reaction to evidence that hydroxycloroquin was working?

Can't have it both ways...oh, no wait, yeah you can if you are that media darling medical know it all, Anthony Fauci. lol

We have made it thru Idaho, CA, NE, AZ and now NM. Here in Gallop is the only place (RV PARK) the person did not remove his/her mask to talk to us. I have a tough time because I still read lips. My wife accompanies me to assist.
So far in at least 12 states the mask has been 1/2 to a little more used.

We have several types of masks to take into businesses. I nave ZERO confidence in a home-made clothe mask with two layers of randomly selected cloth. I prefer a paint or surgical mask when I am serious about the possibility of being exposed.
WE do wear the cloth mask to talk to someone behind a Plexiglas shield.

Funny, the only place we could find a sit down McDonalds was in a Casino in LV. Walking through I wore a surgical mask and noted the dealers at tables were behind Plexiglas and the players were also behind the Plexiglas. All wearing masks.

All I can say the Plexiglas folks are thriledl with this Pandemic. Cool Embarassed

GP: Thanks. We have had two break downs, unusual. But this Cummins has lost TWO fuel lines to the #2 injector. My son drove 500 miles for the first part. and a few days later when we broke down just outside Death Valley, he drove 300 miles for the same part. This time I installed it.
WE are doing fine now in Gallop, NM.

Isn't it amazing that we really haven't seen much of Fauci since he came out and said that it's perfectly ok to have in-person voting?

I guess he can no longer play the role of the useful idiot.
