I just concluded it is just life. We were hoping to find a home church where we fit, and so far haven't had any luck. On our third visit to the Sanctuary in Deland we still did not see the lead pastor. The first time was last year (I think) and the pastor was away moving his family down. He was new. Then we picked two times lately he was out of town, this time he is teaching in Paris.
LAst week a 'famous' guitar player DD talked and played'. This time Evangelist Rick Lairsey preached. Yeah I know I should check to see if the lead pastor would be preaching. I did check the website and FB and I did not see anything.

I am not that 'hard to please' in preaching and worship, I don't think. For me it is the sound system and the minister's voice, can I hear & understand him?

Unfortunately music is 'bland' with my devices. And most unfortunate , only at certain levels could i understand Brothers DD and Lairsey.
lairsey was better, but at times I could not hear as fast as he talked. LOL.

Maybe I expect too much, do you understand most of sermons you hear?
