That is a tall order simply because you need a good computer to do it on. I recommend Apple Mac for anything video related . The hardware and the software are built for each other. When you buy a Mac it includes a free video editing program called iMovie. iMovie is the Gold standard of simplicity. I really can’t stress how maintaince free macs are. I know of churches using the same Mac for 10 plus years and it still runs like the day they took it out of the box.

Best bet is iMovie on a Mac just for the ease of use.

But If you are absolutely positively a windows user keep this question in mind. do you have a fast enough computer? The 200-400 windows machines at walmart might seem like a bargain but when it takes over 4 hours to make video that would have only taken 5 minutes on a Mac you will then see my point. Or worse yet a virus hits your machine and you are off to the Best Buy geek squad praying that the service person is honest and does decide to make the issue bigger then what it is. With Apple most of the time you are dealing with them and they are very honest.

Here is a list of the best free software

. Movie maker is number 6 of the link I sent him. Microsoft use to preinstall that program on machines that were windows 7 and earlier. On windows 10 computers they combined movie maker with the photos app.

If you have windows 7 then windows movie maker is already on your machine. In your start menu type movie maker and it should pop up. Please don’t think I am a windows hater. I’m not if you have a powerful enough machine and the know how windows machines are useful. They are just not the easiest to use. Friendly Face
