Conducting funeral for homosexual = revoked license?

I had never really thought about it but I found out recently that the Church of God can/will revoke the license of a minister for conducting a funeral for a homosexual. Does anyone know the specifics of this prohibition? Is that only if the person publicly acknowledges living a homosexual lifestyle? Would it be the case for someone who discloses homosexual thoughts/feelings, maybe even considers him/herself to be homosexual but is totally celibate?
It just struck me as odd that the church would deny a family the support/comfort of a funeral because of the acts of the deceased.
Also, are there other situations for which a COG minister may not perform a funeral?

I think you can file that under â€œfake news.â€ I do know that according to the Minutes, the CoG will permanently revoke a ministerâ€™s license for performing a homosexual wedding, but I have never heard of any restriction whatsoever on CoG ministers performing funerals for homosexuals.

A COG minister can PLANT em, but not GRANT em.
A COG minister can BURY em, but not MARRY em.
A COG minister can EULOGIZE em, but not AUTHORIZE em.
