Again, you miss the point entirely. There has to have been a crime for there to be an appointment of a "prosecutor". Trump nor his team have been charged with collusion. Nobody has. You really should view the video again.

there appears to be probably cause when they traced internet intrusion during the campaign. So all angles are being investigated. you have to remember an honest politician is about as rare as Cyclops. |

It doesn't matter. Nobody has been charged with anything. That is like saying that it still would have been just to appoint a special prosecutor against Nixon even if the Watergate burglars had not been caught. Nobody charged with a crime, no special prosecutor.
