Post I need help with a Latin term Resident Skeptic
What does the Latin/Roman legal term "Exemplum Regilium" mean?

My Latin is as bad as my Spanish but the two words don't actually belong together. But, they could mean the main or primary or chief example. And since you always go there, I will go first. Here's the Trinitial primary example. Hee Hee

Matt. 3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:

17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

So was the Son a ventriloquist and an illusionist too?
