Of course it matters. But it's not keeping her from fulfilling her calling, which is more important.

While it has obviously not held her back from doing an outstanding job as a pastor, it is patently ludicrous (and quite unscriptural, in fact) that she cannot be called a bishop in the CoG. [Insert Acts Pun Here]
