Then have no laws. Laws really don't stop crime, they just give a clear definition of what is crime so that it can be prosecuted and hopefully deter the action in the first place (but yes, that only works on those who have a little bit of sense) |

I took it from where you said the state legislature should leave it to the counties and local communities.
Why if the state passed it, but the local communities want to override that legislation?

If I am in a store and the men's room is out of order and I am about to wet my self, I could be prosecuted for using the women's room, which I have done on several occasions. |
