My Monday Motivation:

Maybe this is your week to embrace a healthy lifestyle! You see and feel the results from living an unhealthy lifestyle. It's not fun. I have been there. In fact, I was there for about 30 years until I lived the day that changed my life almost 7 years ago. I have maintained a healthy and fit lifestyle ever since even, although, most thought it wouldn't last and I would revert back to my old self. That won't happen because I had a transformation through the renewing of my mind. I am not the old Eddie Robbins that you see pictures from the past. I am healthy as far as I can control and am a runner. Since my transformation, I have run 88 races in 30 states. I am 61 years old. If you are tired of an unhealthy and unfit lifestyle, it is NOT too late for you!! Start today! If you need help, ask me.		 Acts-pert Poster

Time is flying by. We are seeing our friends die because they didn't live a healthy lifestyle. I hope to make a difference in somebody's life. It is a life or death subject. Acts-pert Poster
