That defense is used often with humans. Now I see Condeleeza Rice and Powell also had classified information on an non-secure server.
So it must be okay?
I had a friend who was stopped for speeding on the Atlanta beltway, he cried, "Everyone is speeding!" The patrolman told him, "You know how it is fishing, you cannot catch them all!"
There are times that "Everyone else is doing it!" works. It probably will work for Clinton this time also. 
The Dems will say That's right, it's okay.
The GOP will say you are crazy she is guilty hang her.
Do you honestly think she will be charged?
My opinion, NO WAY!
