Or is it already too late? I know a lot of paperwork must be in by a prescribed time. I would think if there was a possibility that Clinton would be 'called into account for 'whatever'' and face the possibility of flat 'NOT WINNING' what is the latest that Biden can jump in?

Its too late to get his name on the Democratic party primary ballots in many (if not all) states by now. He would have to run independently. Biden's team concluded that it was too late for him to run in November if I recall. Its too bad too. If what the democrats say about the republican's chances with Trump are true (and you know the GOP always listens to what they're told about who they should run), then Biden may have been our best hope of not having Clinton II. I personally would rather have Biden for 2 years for ever one we'll have her, he may be the last of the Democratic party of my grandfather's day.

Thanks JD, I hadn't thought of that little detail. And I guess he won't be running indy! I appreciate it. I know I was just thinking about the national ballot. Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed I just blame my 'ignorance' on age. Shocked
