Well, we got eyeteeth, too.

Adam was given the herb bearing seed. But after the flood, God gave Noah meat to eat, too. I'm guessing animals were made out of meat before God gave them to Noah as food.

God also wouldn't have given us teeth that can eat meat if we weren't meant to eat it.

I've always supposed that man didn't eat meat till after the flood because many species might have been wiped out in that year in the ark. Laughing
