Post Cochlear Implants are not perfect, I went temporarily deaf yesterday Cojak
Yep, I guess until I die I will be trying to 'fix' something. An air ride problem popped up on our last trip. I put a 'band-aid on it' until we got back from the Bad Lands.

Once back I forgot about taking care of it. the other day I decide it was time. I crawled under the coach and all noise ceased. I panic'd a little looking around I found my external device hanging on a strut. My magnet had switched partners, I guess now the coach was hearing. LOL Today it attached itself to my electric razor.

The surgeon embedded some type of magnetic coil in my head to hold/attract the magnet on the transmitter. I asked for a stronger magnet and got it.

Now I do have to be careful getting close to ferrous metals or it drags the device off my head. Smile

For you that are hard of hearing and may need the implant. Cool
